Joey Harvey spent $214.28 at Bobbie's Happy Adult Toy Store.
The following items were purchased: 2 dildos (one black, one peach), handcuffs, and a leather mask.
Poor Harvey forgot that that card was his Blippy card! Aw.. And now his home address will be bombarded by countless sex toy offers.
Wow...that's very fucking retarded. And yet, there will be some teenagers out there that will think this is THE GREATEST THING.Army of GOD wrote:http://www.techcrunch.com/2009/12/11/blippy/

This isn't about kids, this is about the 20 to 30 year olds who think people give a shit about what the f*** they're buying, and then putting information about themself on a freaking platter for anyone on the internet to see.edocsil wrote:Come on, most kids my age have debit cards anyways. I'm afraid I must disagree. This will be ALL about kids doing that. And quite soon, I predict.Army of GOD wrote:This isn't about kids, this is about the 20 to 30 year olds who think people give a shit about what the f*** they're buying, and then putting information about themself on a freaking platter for anyone on the internet to see.edocsil wrote:Come on, most kids my age have debit cards anyways. Because teenagers DON'T think people give a shit what the f*** they're buying and they're NOT completely oblivious to the dangers of putting information about themselves on a freaking platter for anyone on the internet to see?pimpdave wrote:No Woody, you're wrong, AoG is right.Woodruff wrote:I'm afraid I must disagree. I don't know what things are like over there, but here in Canada, kids generally don't HAVE credit cards...Woodruff wrote:Because teenagers DON'T think people give a shit what the f*** they're buying and they're NOT completely oblivious to the dangers of putting information about themselves on a freaking platter for anyone on the internet to see?pimpdave wrote:No Woody, you're wrong, AoG is right.Woodruff wrote:I'm afraid I must disagree. I don't know what things are like over there in Canada, but here in the United States, 18-year-olds are still in high school while holding jobs and definitely DO have credit cards. Never mind the 19-year-olds who have already graduated and are actually in the workforce.pimpdave wrote:Ding ding ding ding.hecter wrote:I don't know what things are like over there, but here in Canada, kids generally don't HAVE credit cards...Woodruff wrote:Because teenagers DON'T think people give a shit what the f*** they're buying and they're NOT completely oblivious to the dangers of putting information about themselves on a freaking platter for anyone on the internet to see?pimpdave wrote:No Woody, you're wrong, AoG is right.Woodruff wrote:I'm afraid I must disagree. I know two, maybe 3 people that are 18 and 19 that actually have a credit card. A VAST majority of highschool students do NOT have credit cards. So, this stupid little "blippy" thing won't take off in high schools. Unlike facebook where you and all your friends will have it, it will instead be you and two other people in your school have it. And that's no fun, so less people will sign up for it because of that. I can see it taking off more in the college level, with the 20-30 somethings, however (maybe, the whole concept is pretty dumb).Woodruff wrote:I don't know what things are like over there in Canada, but here in the United States, 18-year-olds are still in high school while holding jobs and definitely DO have credit cards. If you want it to happen, just ask the Queen to mandate it.hecter wrote:I know two, maybe 3 people that are 18 and 19 that actually have a credit card.
