I have to admit, you got me there. I had to look up perspicacious. For those of you who are like me and don't use this word all the time, here it is.
perspicacious - having keen mental perception and understanding; discerning: to exhibit perspicacious judgment.
Of course if it means the same thing as discerning, doesn't that make this sentence a bit redundant.

The recent drama of the C&A thread has lead me to see this acronym pop up regularly: FAMO. It's a great term. Not sure if it is an old CC standard or if it was coined recently by snowgun. Either way it fits much of what goes on there. Foe. And. Move. On. Nice. The "nice" part isn't in the acronym. Then it would be FAMON. Which could mean: "foe and move on knucklehead." But then it would be FAMOK. But I digress.
Being slow I didn't catch on right away to what it stood for. So I went to urbandictionary.com... of course. Not so helpful in this case. However! Here is the fourth possible definition of FAMO, and I quote: "a small leprichaun male like creature whos only weakness is weed."
