Go Tigers! :)

this is kind of unfair as i'm not premium and this isn't the only tournament i'm doing so at most i can do 1 to 2 games at a time.

As I've mentioned before, Oshida... if you're a freemium and you're falling behind on games, just let me know what's up and I'll keep your games open. I've instilled this rule FOR the freemiums, as I'd noticed some of you waiting too long for your games; I want you guys to have games open so you can play! :)

The Wildcats are ecstatic as they pull off an upset on the road over #11 Ohio State. Clearly the shift to a conference schedule is paying off for the 'Cats.

During the halftime comments, OSU's coach said, "Wow, i'm really not paying attention today!"

[game]6376828[/game]

Really though, great game, OSU! It's tough to lose on a misclick.

Coach flex may have saved his job at Marquette by leading the Golden Eagles to back-to-back wins this week, including an unlikely comeback @ Syracuse. The rumor mill had flex out on the street after dipping under .500 early in the Big East season and athletic officials weren't shy about sharing their thoughts.

"I can't confirm or deny anything, but if I were flex I'd make sure I had a hefty balance in my savings account because I don't think this school will be throwing money in there much longer, of course, as I mentioned, I can't officially confirm or deny," said Marquette's AD Steve Horizon.

Signs didn't seem to improve when flex called a closed door team meeting only to find he was the only one in the locker room when he in fact closed the doors.

"I was disappointed at first. This was a chance to get frustrations out and none of the players showed up," flex said. "I didn't let that stop me though...I had an intense meeting with myself and came out better for it. Although, I can't say the same for the video machine and three of those metal chairs."

Turns out flex dismissed all of his scholarship players from the team and started over this week with a unit made up entirely of walk-ons. He plucked several out of the university's intramural program, while a handful of recently admitted students also have made an impact. Strangely enough, flex's savings account was emptied out on the same day these four new students arrived for their first day of school.

"I had some unexpected expenses come up...that's all, really, that's all," flex said.

Eight in a row in CAA play! George Mason travels to Towson and employs the fast break for an eight-round victory. Can anyone stop the Patriots?

Zags #5 (13-4) at time of last rankings. 16-4 now. Perhaps there is room to move up if some of the other big dogs lose.

 Almost sounds like Flex is taking a page out of Binghamton's playbook this year with a surplus of walkons and player dismissals. I hope no one has been arrested for selling crack though...

Meanwhile UVM continues to try to turn things around in the AE, dominating Albany from wire to wire in a home victory (6443942). Coach Ricrem was pleased saying, "That's the type of performance I've wanted to see from our guys for the last few weeks. Some rolls haven't gone our way on the rims (dice) but things seem to be heating up from beyond the arc and I hope we can charge our way into contention.
