Comments: 16-0 against *netham* who has in his personal info that he is only 11 years old. Invites low ranks into private games with hard selections of maps and game options for the sole purpose of winning their points. Gives them false info in games like "your doing real well" so he can get an easy rematch even though the player ran around attacking neutrals and not hitting his bonus. In the last 100 games he has played, he has played 1 game that was not a private game and lost.
Unwritten Rules
Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.
gross abuse of suckering low ranks into playing his tactics of farming.
feel free to add your opinions on why this gross abuse should not be over looked any longer. Time to step up to the plate CC and make an example with this player.

while we might disagree with his tactics he is obviously playing within the rules.
1. he plays a variety of low ranks from looks at his pages from cooks up to captian he has played recently.
2. he has play a variety of maps.
what do you reccomend happen he be restricted to inviting only captains and above to his games? Everyone receiving these invites has a choice.

But I don't see what rule was broken unless they apply the unwritten rule and netham, who has won 24% of his games, was not forced to continually play this guy was he?
Heck netham even rated David 5 stars. Must not of been upset about the games.

He doesn't get his fun from this game if he's anything like me. There's a whole world out there for that little guy, just open your door and take a step outside!
I'm assuming he just understands the game and what it takes to climb the scoreboard the fastest. Nothing wrong with that, especially since he plays within the rules boundaries.

He is not bragging here, he is saying he is the whipping boy i.e he takes a lot of flak, a minor point but I see no bragging here.
anyways this is just ANOTHER one of those threads thats a personal things between ranked up players and has nothing to do with caring about the poor low rankers.
these players have issues with each other and then make complaints
C&A should be reserved for actualy complaints...not wussie crybabies who make an accusation everytime they lose or a place where players take their personal issues with other players

Well, Gen.LeeGettinhed reported me (and Pixar) for Secret Diplomacy, as we jokingly put false info in Live Chat, which we got a warning for being on the edge of Secret Diplomacy, so if we got a warning for being on the edge of SD, shouldn't he at least get a warning for being on the edge of farming?

efjef is right. This is a nice microcosm of how life/government works.
If you make a rule, someone will find a loophole/play around the rule. ALWAYS.
CC started with the no ? farming rule. Well, DH is playing around the rule. If you institute other rules, then people will play around those. Unless the rules change, there is nothing to see here.
We can make a "no farming 11 year olds" rule, or on and on, but then things get ridiculous. At least he is moving up from cooks...
