The accused are suspected of:Severe abuse for the intended purpose of detracting from my enjoyment of this site. This abuse is also affecting the enjoyment of many others.

This player and I have had a rough history starting when he broke a truce. I understand that truces are not monitored or enforced and that makes sense to me, however there are things that can develop as a result of the feud that I think the site should police.
Unlike most people in this situation, he does not want this to end! His entries are intended to continue the feud with constant provocation. He appears to actually gain enjoyment from the misery of others. Here is an example of his baiting efforts that involves another player in a juvenile attempt to get a rise out of me, "duff, i apologize as well for the actions of some of the players here." How would you react if someone else apologized for your behaviour. And an apology was nothing close to his intent or he would have apologized for his own behaviour while he was at it. Here is another, "god, just saw you are from canada" and "sounds more like a frenchman than a north american". Most of what he writes is intended to infuriate and I admit I have taken the bait several times.
I have tried to sever all ties with him and to discontinue all communication. Easier said than done! At the time he was playing in another game with me so I intended to add him to foes upon completion. However he has now taken it to another level and he doesn't care who else he affects in his effort to keep this battle going! This guy actually has actually joined a team game with me and put himself on my team. It's a triples game, so four others are affected by this antagonizing move of his. When I attempt to make my first play I see a comment from him, "hehe", which makes his intentions clear; he is here to ruin another game.
In the other two games several other players were affected. It got nasty. I admit that I reacted quite aggressively to his broken truce in my effort to ensure he faced consequences. I even started a new topic here so others could add this guy to their foes. The reply is closed.
It's sad that others have to be affected by this mess, but I fully admit my selfish concern is for what I have to go through to play a team game with him on my team. I've decided that I can't and won't make any plays in this game. Now, 4 other players have a full game ruined. You need to communicate with your team to play as a team and that won't be happening. One player on my team is actually going to lose points and rank because of this and he's just an innocent bystander. When a feud affects others that way I believe it's time to take action.
So I'm asking, can you: 1 -Stop the game. 2 - Arrange a refund so I can walk away from this nightmare, or 3 - put this guy on permanent vacation.
