I was charged twice for the premium membership
I opened a ticket (105429) and it was closed without reply. How will I go about getting refunded the 25 extra I was charged?

I looked at your Ticket and it doesn't appear to have been closed. Our Support Moderator should attend to it soon and fix any issues of accidental double-payment.
