If there were any evidence whatsoever to support the supposition, you might have a leg to stand on, but I haven't seen any, nor do I have any reason to assume that the president of the USA a) would pay for lawyers to fight, in court, what could be easily proven with a physical birth certificate, or b) is actually born outside of the USA, and is trying to perpetuate a 50 year-old conspiracy to have an African running the country.
