Going 1st is random... right?
Hey I'm brand new to the site, joined 3 games so far and I have gone 1st in each game (Sequential setting, 5 players in each too). From what I've read, going 1st is determined randomly. So I am assuming I have just gotten lucky by going 1st each time, or is there something else I don't know?

nope, it's just beginner's luck I guess. It is random, there is nothing else.

What about in private games that you are invited to, is it still random? It seemed like the creator goes first, but that is after only 3 games...
