I'm trying out a different format that I used to play in other types of games. The game starts out with 32 players in 4 group. Winners will stay in the higher groups while losers will end up in the lower groups and eventually eliminated. The goal is to keep from being eliminated by staying in the higher groups and eventually surviving until the final rounds. I like calling this format TUG OF WAR. There will be 11 rounds. Please read the Game Format to see how all this will be played out.
I am testing this format out on random maps, but I plan to run a series of these games with each tournament being on 1 particular map.

FREEMIUMS
GUIDELINES:
1 slot available at the time of sign up on this tournament and needs to keep that slot open until eliminated from the tournament. Failure to do so may end with you being booted from the tournament with a replacement.
You will also need to have completed at least 20 games. This is an attempt to keep deadbeats out of the tournament.

When the tournament starts I will send out PM's. Please join within 24 hours of these PM's. If you fail to join, I will resend the PM a 2nd time which gives you another 24 to join. If you fail the 2nd time then you are out of the tournament and will be replaced. As I do plan to run more tournaments, you will also be placed on my NO GOOD LIST which means that you will not be able to join any more of my tournaments unless you PM me with a good explanation.[/spoiler]
GAME FORMAT: How the tournament will be played out

All maps will be Random, Sequential, Auto, Flat, Chained, Sunny. 8-players, Terminator, and Casual.
