Comments: If anyone wins a game against this guy they get 1 starred across the board and also tagged as a deadbeat. However none of the tags he used have any truth behind them.

I can fully agree with this.

I played against him and pretty sounded won the game only to have low ratings across the board and tags like deadbeat.

Just have to read his comments to see the abuse...
- He accused of secret diplomacy in 1vs1
- According to him a player was a backstabber, yet still a good teammate
- someone had poor strategy and balanced play.

Almost all his ratings are negative and pretty much all his comments are nonsense.

Dunno mate. I would rather be 1st than 5th any time..... English is not my mother tongue though I like to think I'm proficient in it..... Lets suppose that he/she/it thinks that deadbeat means they beat me dead, ie they won convincingly. So deadbeat could be a complimentary tag..... A bit like calling someone a killer! Yes I'm aware that I'm drawing a long bow on a hiding to nothing. Hey people believe in a god, so people will believe/think anything.

This is a very clear cut deal. I understand the point that BoganGod is trying to make but, in this case, I don't think that language is an issue. When the ratings system first came out, I left a few "one's" as I thought that 1 was better than 5. However, I figured out very quickly that was not the case.

This player has left "ones" for everybody and he has had ample opportunity to learn that it's not a good rating. He's aware that he's leaving bad ratings as players have complained to him. I agree with the OP in that this is a severe case of ratings abuse as he continues to do it. The moderators need to take this guy behind the woodshed.
