That kind of suggestion is not much better than suggesting he's corrupt because he's black. If he's corrupt, show me. Otherwise, gtfo

Yesterday news broke that two Illinois state representatives have called upon Governor Quinn to utilize the National Guard to quell the rise in gang related violence tearing Chicago apart.
This comes as surprising news from two Democrats John Fritchey and LaShawn Ford both of whom are asking Governor Quinn, Mayor Daley, and Chicago Police Superintendent Jody Weis to consider using the National Guard to augment the Chicago Police who are already stretched thin and have no available funds to hire and train additional officers. Fritchey has said that while it seems like a drastic measure, "its warranted when we are losing residents to gun violence at alarming rates, we are not talking about rolling tanks down the street or having armed guards with machine guns at every corner, we merely want to create a heightened presence on the street".
Recent statistics show that a mere 9% of city blocks in Chicago is where this violence occurs and has so far this year claimed 113 lives, the same number of military personnel killed in action while deployed into Iraq and Afghanistan during the same time period. Weis previously identified these hot spots and announced plans to create a 100 person team comprised of selected and volunteer officers to handle the rise in crime in these areas. Weis has said he is not in favor of the idea as the military and the police operate under different rules and protocol.
