This tournament will give you the opportunity to represent one of the Foundry Moderators (The Cartographers) in a tournament.

There are a total of 40 spots available(including those of the Cartographers).
Round 1
All games will be Standard Sequential Singles, but all other settings have been chosen by the Cartographer:

- Gameplay and Scoring:
Every division will include a series of games with scoring dependent upon placements/eliminations.
2 Player Games:
*Players will play 3 games against each player.
*Points will be 0 for a loss, 1 for a loss after 10 rounds, 2 for a win, and 3 for a win in Round 5 or earlier.
*Top 2 finishers advance.
4+ Players Games:
*Players will play the same number of games as there are players (4 players will play 4 games, 6 players will play 6 games etc.).
*Points are awarded based on finish with 1 point for last, 2 points for next-to-last, etc. with 2 bonus points for winning.
*The top 2 finishers advance.
Players who advance from Round 1 will be divided based on their Cartographer's role in the Foundry.
Divisions will be as follows:
Foremen: AndyDufresne, MrBenn
Graphics: thenobodies80, RedBaron0
Gameplay: Evil DIMwit, iancanton
Melting Pot: Industrial Helix, TaCktiX
All the players from a given division will play in the same games together. A total of 8 games will be played using the same settingfrom Round 1 (each division will have four players, who will play four games on each of their corresponding maps). The same scoring methods will be used as in Round 1. The top finisher from each division will advance to the finals.
Finals
The finals will be a series of 8 games; one game on each of the maps and settings from Round 1 (except for the number of players).
Scoring will be the same as previous rounds.
*The highest finisher will be declared the Champion*

*To sign up, all I need is your choice of cartographer you would like to represent (and a back-up choice in case the slots get filled).
*In the event of a tie, some form of tiebreaker game(s) will be played with appropriate settings on a random map.
