Those are wizards, not monsters. So, you have to find and conquer the neutral wizard to win? How do you prove you did it? Do you wait until the game is over and read the log?
I think he means find the neutral wizard, since everyone should start with 1 wizard and there will be 1 neutral. You are correct though, ALL of the monsters start neutral.
