Comments: we played for games and in those 4 games i dont think he talked at all. i just looked at my ratings because it went from a 4.9 to a 4.8 and i just noticed ti so wnated to check out why it went down... turns out that he gave me all ones in our game. i think thinking that he just got mad and gave me all 1's because i gave him 2 1's and im not sure what the last one was and i put the tags for why he got teh rating he got.... here he gives no explanation as to why i got all ones... or maybe its the fact that i foed him after joining a feudal game of mine thus making a 5th game and i didn't like the way he played so i foed him

He has given 1s in most of his games, so this is not an isolated incident.

yah i just went and checked his otehr left ratings and there is a lot of all just 1's

After looking through the games and the rates I do see where and how the rates come to be. In ref. to your game it appears the rate was given do to the games played and the wins all going to booo60. This is consistant with most players played. So therefore I dont see this as an abuse issue and rule this as Cleared but I will note this for future ref. If there is an issue with the ruling please submit and E-Ticket.
