in order to expel me from the game (because i'm a newbie), and so play between them the victory (they are lieutenant and mayor) and not to give victory points to me but to be sure than one of them obtain those points.

Comments:
it's since the 20th turn that ulrikp mantain a big army between me and genkafka, so i could'nt attack him...but neither he attacks kafka....and obviously kafka doesn't attack him!
so both of them are increasing their troops and conquering territories, while i can't....
At the beginning i thought that this was a strategy to re-balace the game, but now it's obvious that it's not still so because they are becoming stronger than me and they still doesn't attack each other in spite of they border with territories with only 1 troop!!!!
