Who will be the Master Blasters?
I chose the name inspired by the Mad Max sequel "Thunderdome" and the "founder" of the Tournament Players Association, who will be my partner for this one!

This is a Tournament Players Association (TPA) event, and is governed by its rules, guidelines, and judgments. All are welcome to join and participate in the association. You need do nothing more than join one or more of the TPA events that will be announced each Monday.

This is the 27th tournament in the Lx Doubles Series (see below for more info).

Tournament Set-Up
[spoiler=tournament set-up]We will play with 16 doubles teams. Bracket will be random. If you win you’re through to next round, if you lose you’re out (elimination style).
Game Style
All rounds are best of 3. Game settings are auto-deploy, sequential, chained and:
Round 1: no spoils, sunny
Round 2: no spoils, fog
Round 3: no spoils, sunny
Round 4: no spoils, fog

Signing Up
[spoiler=signing up procedure]1.- At least one player on the team needs to be an officer (i.e., have 1600 points minimum at sign up).
2.- Sorry, only premiums.
3.- No signing up in advance, first come first go.
4.- Teams can sign up in this thread or send me a pm.
5.- I will NOT hold a spot if you do not sign up with a partner.
6.- You can also sign up as a reserve player or reserve team.
7.- I reserve the right to deny any player entry in this tournament.[/spoiler]
Rules & Notes
[spoiler=General LxDS Tournament Rules and Additional Notes]1.- Once the invites for the games have been sent, you have 48 hours to join your games. If you fail to do so, the game may be registered as a loss for your team. If you need more time to join your games, please send me a pm and I'll see what I can do.
2.- If you find yourself without a partner during an ongoing round*, your team will lose all 3 games and your opponents will move on to the next round (or win the tournament if it’s the final round). If you find yourself without a partner in between rounds, you are allowed to sign up a new partner as long as the replacement player is an officer.
*For any team a round is ongoing from the moment the game invites are sent until the round is decided.
3.- Account sitting is allowed, as long as it is done in accordance with the Conquer Club guidelines.
4.- The team that wins the round should post their win in this forum thread.
Additional Notes
1.- I reserve the right to remove a player or a team from my tournament if I have a reason to do so. That reason could be:
- Breaking my tournament rules
- Breaking Conquer Club rules and/or guidelines
- Unsportsmanlike conduct
- Anything that disrupts the flow of my tournament
2.- I promise:
- To run my tournament as honestly and fairly as possible
- To run my tournament in a timely manner
- To keep the participants informed on the progress of my tournament in this thread
