I have bob installed, but it is not working or showing up on the left hand side, can someone give me advice please.

I just did that. My old snapshots aren't working. They are showing all colors as blue (and wrong number of armies). I had a snapshot from the first round and it is showing a bunch of blue 8 stacks and 7 stacks all over the place even though the game had just started.

My old snapshots are working fine (Win XP) and BOB is working fine as well.
