Map Remakes

I know that due to some copyright issues, certain maps were deleted. But I know that Classic was remade for some reason or another, so I was wondering what other maps were remade, because it would be nice to play a remade map of Middle Earth or some other maps that were taken off.

As Natty_dread pointed out, our Midgard map was inspired by Middle-Earth.
