Comments: deadwing (blue) offered truce in text. no reply from green (assumption green was innocent bystander in blues deception against red and yellow). neither green nor blue attacked each other (despite blue owning most of NAmerica and green all of SAmerica) for 45 minutes+.
Blue then later disclosed whereabouts of Yellows troops to green in blatant breach of rules etiquette etc... what's the point of fog of war, eh?
cheating scum should be kicked out, and the game result rendered void.

this guys a boob,
1- there was no secret diplomacy
2- i did not say Where the troops were at- I said that I found a large stash of his troops (reread the text)
3-this guy is a sore loser, inmature and needs more fiber in his diet

It is hare to prove secret diplomacy without PM's or wall post as proof. There isn't enough to say for sure that there was secret diplomacy, but with the suspicious game play I am going to NOTE this report for future reference.
