Since the creation of nuclear arms, civilizations have feared the devastation and turmoil that could arise from the use of such weapons. What would be the results if various governments used the immense power that they have kept on reserve for so many years?
Past
Due to the economic crisis of the world, tension has risen throughout the Americas and other parts of the world. Robberies, Murders, and an overall increase in crime have led to Martial Law. However, rather than allowing for such actions to be implemented the Country has broken out into civil war.
Although the Civil War ended, the various factions of the war have held on their beliefs and the tensions have created a Fractured America. These differentiating beliefs have carried overseas and have started a new world war.

Present
A fractured America has led to an increase economic strain on foreign countries. As a result foreign ministers and President’s have attempted to intervene and repair matters but to no avail. The lack of consensus not only increased the problems within the Americas but it also led to the beginning of another World War.
Near Future
Unlike the previous wars, the powers that be elected to have an Arms Race and actually use their nuclear weapons. As a result of the nuclear fallout, there is Extreme Global Warming and an Apocalyptic USA. Mankind has been reduced to bunkers, shelters, scavenging, and by any means necessary survival.
Distant Future
Years after the nuclear fallout, radiation has led to massive mutations, abstract vegetation, and unidentifiable creatures known only as Monsters. These creatures are able to survive night and day and are slowly overtaking the remaining human population. Of all the possible outcomes none of this would have been expected. Who will save us? Who will keep mankind safe and tame these horrendous creatures?
