The kid wins, he leaves 1's as ratings. The kid loses, he calls you a faggot and leaves 1's as ratings. It's absurd, the only games where he's rated kids 5's are where he's sure he's getting 5's as ratings from the game chat. He's abusing other players, abusing the rating system and just being a douche. At the very least he should be warned, but from one of the game chats it looks like he's been warned for abusive game chat language before and the games I listed are from after the warning so he hasn't learned.

People like this should be banned. Forget about not having much of a life and going out of his way to point out a one sided view of me. That and making threats like, "Enjoy your premium membership while it lasts". Looking at his rating, there are several instances where he has been rude, a sore loser and a bad attitude. I use that rating system as it should be used...if someone is rude...I state it. If someone is a silent...I state it. If someone is a sore loser...I state it. Please give this uninformed person a lesson in reality. His attidude is MOST annoying not to mention his play style....if you can call it that.

(2) My "threat" is after a paragraph long insult you put on my wall.
(3) I posted on his wall before starting a report telling him his practice was abusive and to stop, he responded by calling me a "Dick" and later deleting that wall post.
(4) One-sided view? I reviewed various games, I went through at least 30 on the first page. A couple with Nesterdude were hilarious, but you've got a m.o. and it hurts the site.
(5) You've rated individuals rude who have never spoken, you rate people sore losers when they win. Your ratings are not indicative of other players, just indicative of your personality.
(6) I'll let my 4.9 rating from 452 evaluations speak for itself.
(7) It's not just the rating system but the verbal barrages in some games are unnecessary and buttress the argument that you've been abusing the rating system as well.
(8) You want to ban me, fill out a ticket.

First page of his ratings shows 39 instances os leaving 1's or 2s (mostly ones) and tags like "sore loser, quitter, clueless" etc.
This against nine 5' star ratings.
He must be amazingly unlucky to come across such a huge amount of (medium-ranked in many cases) players who somehow manage to maintain rank, and even beat him half the time, while acording to his ratings being totally clueless...

Although I understand why the burden of evidence must be placed on the accuser and "innocent untill proven guilty" and all that, players like this obviously take away from the CC experience and it's very very sad if the mods don't have the authority to at least block them from leaving ratings.

People like this kid are the only major downside to the site. Luckily we have foe lists so we can avoid having to mess with them on a repeat basis. He calls others a sore loser but it seems from all of the game chat I have read he is the one that freaks out any time he loses.

Especially after watching him go off on trap after trap so graciously took his time to just try to help enforce the rules of CC and make the site better, I hope the punishment is harsh.
