well the teams have to agree on ending their game in a tie or both teams don't enter their game, so its very unlikely for it to happen

if there was a round limit then once that limit is reached both teams would have to be at even strength if its 2 v 1 or one team had like 80% of the map and the other team doesnt even have a continent then it would play on

i was thinking of waiting for the other matches to finish. this would not only be more organized, but make it less confusing to decide a deadline to join games because i can pm everyone at once, since some people here are not premium (like me). However, if you guys want me to start the second round of games, i can. I'd do a poll, but I can't right now. Can't delete the old one.

Well it is better to organize games as soon one finishes or as soon games are finished in one group it is bad practice to wait till everyone finish their games. I'd like that you start it, and you can write deadlines for yourself so that you now how long to wait till tie or forfiet.

sorry about that. the point of the alternate is that in case either player isn't going to play, they play for them. They are really not there for you to decide if they play. There really isn't any team captain, and the first player doesn't decide who plays. the player who doesn't show up should tell the alternate to play.
