1. I had no clue
2. I was like 7 when I named her (coincidentally we kept the one that I named...there were a bunch of other kittens that my siblings named).
3. The only way I even knew the name Kirby was because my friend had the game for N64.
4. I haven't thought of a number 4 yet.
