Central winner- Indians, vragus (49-40)
West Winner- Mariners, TalynStarburst (58-26) <-- best record in AL, so gets to play a third game
Wild Card- Angels, ViperOverLord (56-34)

NL
East Winner- Phillies, alaskanassassin (55-31)
Central Winner- Reds, Aalmeida17 (52-32)
West Winner- Diamondbacks, shipmthisway (58-31)
Wild Card- Cubs, trenchcoat (50-39)

best record in the NL is not yet decided. Alaskanassassin has 3 games still active, so can tie shipmthisway. Alaskanassassin would win the tiebreaker because he has won 2 of the 3 head-to-head games with shipmthisway

remember most of these records are not final, most people still have a couple of games ongoing, but they are far enough ahead of the people chasing them that it does not matter.



And the winner of the General Achievement Medal is TalynStarburst. Several people came very close to overtaking him, but Talyn held on in the end.

Wild Card and All-Star game are different. In real life the All-Star game decides which league gets home field advantage in the World Series.

yes, I know that. What I'm saying is that you are currently in the Wild Card position in the AL, so you will participate in the All Star Game under my system.




also, I will update the standings, send out the all star game (assuming enough of the games are finished to determine the participants for certain), and send out the next set of games tomorrow. I may even start tonight, we'll see.

you, my friend, are wrong. The ever amazing shipmthisway took 2 of 3 from Talyn , so the NL is leading 3-2 atm. The other games are not over, but it's looking like 5-3 NL with only 1 game still up for grabs, and the 3rd win for the AL is definitely not secured yet.

edit- it's done, games sent to both utalan and people that have to join his home games

second edit- that did not work at all. First time all tourney wrong people joined games. There was a person not in the tourney that joined a game, and I sent out a PM that was easily misunderstood if you don't read your name, so the wrong people joined a bunch of games. I'll figure out all of the Oakland stuff tonight before I send out the new set of games.

and I updated the standings a couple days ago. If you think your record is a little different now you're probably right, there were obviously a lot of active games when I updated it.
