free players are welcome to join, please have two spots open for the tournament
The settings for this tournament will be:
Initial Troops: Automatic
Play Order: Sequential
Spoils: No Spoils
Reinforcements: Chained
Fog of War: No
This will be a bracket style tournament with the players seeded based on their rank. Each bracket will play a best of three on the selected maps.
In the semi-finals and finals brackets a best of three series on each map will be played.

Is it best of the 9? Or it best of each series. For example, Player 1 could win 2/3 on 13 Colonies Map and 2/3 on the USA map and Player 2 wins all 3 on the Fractured America map.
Player 2 has 5 wins but Player 1 won best of series on 2 out of 3 maps.
Each map is a best of three and then the bracket is decided by who won more "maps" your example is correct.
