well yes looking at it that way it is simple but each religion views there that same god in a different light and believe and worship in different ways. Muslims also worship the same god Muhammad was told by god that Christianity and Judaism had it wrong. Jews = Jesus was never the messiah and just some ordinary prophet.
That is THE ONLY difference (as far as I can tell) between the two, AND YET THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT RELIGIONS. Seriously, I just cannot understand the logic of religious people at all.
