Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.

Nothing will get done on this because you didnt fill out the form, AND the fact that this has already been brought up and its been decided he is not farming... So either way, dont expect much to come from this...

yeah I kinda figured, and I truly have no right to bring this up because I have never played him, but I was perusing the rules and that kind of jumped out at me. I was gonna post of the strategy forum but that got locked. Didn't fill out an official form since I've never actually played him.

Yea, but you better get your shit straight when you do. Maybe read up a little on what has already been said and done about the topic. Mods don't take to kindly to their time being wasted around here, and the form could at least be fucking filled out correctly.
