The accused are CLEARED of being multis.

I do agree they might be friends, but it looks to me when your complaint was made everyone was trying to claim their stake to continents. I think after two rounds it is hard to say secret diplomacy. It appears you were in the areas that they wanted. Red wanted Aussie, green might have wanted Africa but changed his mind when you placed there and I am not sure what blue wanted NA.

Posting all the game numbers that these players are in together isn't any proof of secret diplomacy it only shows that they play games together. With the proof that you have provided the accused are CLEARED of secret diplomacy.
