But yeah, well done thebest712. It gave me a good example to use in some thread where some people were saying CC is 99% luck 1% skill...... I suggested they go play thebest712 20 times and have their friends do the same

It should be put on the record before another urban legend is created.. that the man didn't get all 4500 points from 1v1 mogul, he played a lot of maps up until like a week or two ago. only the last few hundred points are mogul created

I've never played FS speed and I might never do so, because I don't even have a mouse atm (laptop) and haven't bothered with clickies, hehe. I see no reason to hate on the guys that do get their points this way though, if you win 28 games in a row (which thebest712 did this week) well anyone calling that luck is a [insert mild profanity here] in my most humble opinion.

Try playing freestyle speed when your internet goes completely out. Never again. Having a crappy connection will effect the game.

Same could be said about seq.... your internet goes out you are not playing either. Anybody with even a half ass connection can play and do well.

Absolute Bullshit. I have a great internet connection and a brand new computer with relatively infinite memory. Better than the best. I can barely keep up with him and usually cant. Envy is worst when coupled with ignorance. The connection only gets you so far. The rest is up to thebest.

internet connection is important... but strategy is also key, in fs i have found that patience is one of the main keys, waiting and making your move in the last 10 to 5 seconds.. my problem is i get bored way to easily.. lol . rank is fickle anywhoo

He could probably beat you if your speed was twice to 1/4 faster than his. You should really discuss aspects of the game you know something about. As a mod, it looks ridiculous to have you posting things that are just not true. Im embarrassed for you and CC.

Idk, I'd kinda agree. No one's saying that internet connection is the be all and end all, but it does make a difference. The fact that it takes me ages to get my moves done is just a small indication. I'm never going to be any sort of brilliant player simply for that reason. A person can only be a good freestyle player if he has a good internet connection. It doesn't necessarily mean it makes him good but it's something that allows him to be good. But then when it comes to separating that, then I readily admit that other issues come into play, and thebest is one of the best at them. I've seen him in action so I can easily congratulate him on his skills, and he is a very brilliant player. I just don't see any resign to malign lovo when he hasn't been incorrect in what he said.

But anyway, I think there's already been a discussion thread on this, so no reason to bring up old thorns. Congrats tb, and I wish you the best of luck in reaching conqueror

but casual freestyle is worse. Some people will ignore u until like 30 mins later if you are about to win. So by then they'll catch you by surprise and they'll take all your bonuses b4 u know that they are even online
