I can understand a little mistake here or there. Unvote strike wolfstrike wolf wrote:FOS: strike wolf
God dammit man you meant post not vote! learn to write.
And, now I understand you. UnFoS colton24colton24 wrote:For the record I know that. One vote is not a BW. Someone who tags along at about the 3rd or 4th vote to try to cause a quick lynch is a BW

I know you're new so here's a little overview of a typical day 1. The first two pages are generally nothing but joke votes with people voting for others 'cuz of their avatar, the color of their socks, or because God told them to. Around page 3-4 someone will generally make a wild accusation and suddenly the word 'scum' starts getting thrown back and forth a lot. Basically, day 1 we don't lynch just anyone. We lynch the people based on who seems the scummiest in their manner and posting. We look for scumtells that point to them trying to hide something or having ulterior motives (e.g. bandwaggoning, lurking, blatant disregard for facts, misquoting someone else, etc). Once someone seems too scummy too ignore, we will start pressuring them with more votes. Once they are close to a lynch they will claim a role. We, as a group will then decide the validity of their claim and either lynch or forgive accordingly.Victor Sullivan wrote:I'm not. Quick question: What is "FoS"? I assume it's different from voting (as implied by the quote(s) above)?jrl332005 wrote:I can understand a little mistake here or there. Unvote strike wolfstrike wolf wrote:FOS: strike wolf

Like hell there isn't. FOS: colton unfos: colton because there were two seconds between the FOS and the unFOS and it caused me to reconsider.colton24 wrote:FoS stands for Finger of Suspicion. It basically is saying you think someone is scummy but you don't want to vote them.
And for the record there is no need to unFoS someone

Well I have played games on different websites and it has become a habit of me to UnFos if I have changed my view of a person, mainly because I have seen many towns lynch people purely because that person and a lot of Fos's on them. It was always important to tell the players playing when you stop suspecting someone.colton24 wrote:FoS stands for Finger of Suspicion. I don't want to slug out a long d1, and this has so few players a bad lynch could kill the town. lest let the cops do their work and see if we can't get some real info tomorrow.
