I noticed two players who are together in a lot of games waiting on new players. Just the two, but they both have Hobbit names, so I looked closer.

I saw these two in the open public games listing a while ago and was instantly suspicious, but at that point they only had played one game together so I didn't pursue it. Good call though Troyer, this has got to be a bust.

I would be far more inclined to believe you, sir, if it weren't for the fact that nearly all of your games are Team Games. That just makes it instantly unfair.

Correct me If i'm wrong but even if there are two different people two account on the same IP number surely have to be treated as a multi?

And wasn't there a ruling before like this where loads of accounts were made for orphanage kids who went to the local library to play and all got busted for being multi's?

they got busted because the guy copied an old story where someone actually HAD brought orphans to the library if i recall correctly. and they don't only use IP checks.

The thing that makes me think Bungo Baggins had previous accounts is that Bungo Baggins is able to make 2 second moves in his 1st game ever

Most new players (+/- 99%) don't have clickies the 1st game they play, if they do, it normally takes a while before they are able to be that quick.

For reference....

My husband - bungo baggins was just laid off of work and I am out on bonding time. I have 4 children in the same house and 5 computers. Only me and my husband play. We are under a great deal of stress and do ALWAYS play together. We can switch between accounts quickly because as most of you know firefox saves account sign ons and with a double click we can switch over. We will either share the same desktop in the household or use the desktop computer and a laptop to play together. As we have many games and little time, we do tend to play quickly. We were advised previously that the same computer is fine, the same person is not. We are not the same person.

If you want the facts...two years ago we had accounts Tabsnake and jlcase30. JLCASE30 was mine and had multiple tickets attached to it because I was in an abusive relationship and finally got out. Case is the name of my exhusband so naturally did not want to continue to use it. I've made requests over the last two years for an exception and was finally advised BY STAFF about two years ago to allow ourselves to get busted, explain the situation and offer to pay for premium accounts as consideration. My history is short, but my husbands is longer. We start games to allow others to join so as not to be construed as taking advantage, and we play fairly. We had to play independent games initially to get the option to play doubles on these accounts, but otherwise all games are together.

King Achilles stated that if we had approached them initially, it would have been considered, but he is leaving out jlcase30 account which I actually told him about to have him look at the tickets that were created. We stopped playing for two years to wait for this process to be corrected as we were hesitant to follow this advice, and apparently we were right to do so.

I am not finding Conquer Club to be a couples friendly site and hope that someone else will review the account. Again, I believe that if it is reviewed, whomever doing the research will find that it was King Achilles who gave the advice in the first place, but as I don't have access to the tickets, I cannot confirm.

Side note - where was our use of orphans that we are being accused of coming from?? We have been straight- forward from day one. And I find it odd that no doubles teams play at the same time. I'm sure we are not the only couples that play and don't need to make our opponents wait so that we can avoid the pretense of being duplicates.

I also welcome any two people to challenge both of us on separate games one on one at the same time. I do take longer on the first round to actually read the directions but from there on I'm usually quick. Or if you would prefer, you can chat with me - typing in whatever format you would like to and have someone else play Bungo Baggins at the same time and see how we are the same person. We are both online right now - so please feel free to contact us for this challenge.

The only problem with this is as we have lost premium status - we cannot start or select new games so we either would need to have an existing game fulfill this challenge but maybe an administrator could help. I'm not entirely ready to just drop out of 24 games.

An administrator is also welcome to call us or have us call them and we can give our phone numbers privately as you can imagine my hesitation to provide it live over a forum.
