How so? All of the religions you mentioned are monotheistic, believe in what is stated in the Bible, and place a tremendous importance on Jesus Christ.b.k. barunt wrote:Evidently you're unfamiliar with the meaning of "Christian".Yeoha wrote:Notice the "Cristian" option up at the top?b.k. barunt wrote:Mormons? Well I don't think Satanism is really Paganism. That is why I haven't voted yet, but I guess it is the closest option.naxus wrote:Only two pagans here? Damn, thought there were more of us

I thought if you were a Freemason you were a Christian. I swear that was a requirementMetsfanmax wrote:Freemasonry isn't really a religion...rockfist wrote:Hmm Masonic isn't listed. I guess that is other.

I dont' remember how it's worded but you must believe in a creator. You could be any religion or none. Typically north american lodges are mostly filled with some sort of Christians. You're officially not allowed to discuss religion with other masons but that rule obviously gets bent.mviola wrote:I thought if you were a Freemason you were a Christian. 2dimes is basically correct. It does happen that many American Masons are Christian, but it's not a written requirement, and there are definitely non-Christian Masons.mviola wrote:I thought if you were a Freemason you were a Christian. Yeah, Freemasonry isn't a religion its more of a super secret club or a cult.Metsfanmax wrote:2dimes is basically correct. Besides, even if that were true, it would still prove that Freemasonry isn't a religion ;P
I agree bradly. Its a religious beleife but I don't think that qualifies it as a religion, as there isn't all that much to atheism.bradleybadly wrote:Atheist - because it makes the most sense to me
I still can't believe it when people say it's a religion though. Perhaps some atheist writers are just as zealous as a screaming preacher, but most of us just want to live our lives without being bothered.
Well given that loose definition i reckon Islam is Christian too. Mohammed held Jesus up to be the greatest prophet (next to Mohammed of Course), Mohammed claimed to believe in the Bible, and Islam is monotheistic.Yeoha wrote:How so?
