ArtAboveAll, do you know how to use an image editor like Gimp or somesuch? It'd really help the process along (unless you can find a good mapmaker)

No, I don't have any photo editing software. Just markers and paper. :P And I searched symphonic orchestra so that explains why I did get those posts. And I like the idea of a marching band too. It's similar but could certainly be made different afterwards if we want.

So were you suggesting to start making the map? Or should I make the map a bit better before I try and get someone to create it?

GIMP and paint.net are free and can be downloaded from the internet.

Well a rough draft on the computer would be a little better than the drawing. Also, try to incorporate a little more of what has been suggested here. I think I noticed you were in the MapMaker's Guild, so I'm sure they could help you if you need it.

Of course I'll incorporate more of the suggestions. The map I posted was the one I cam it before I even made the first post. And I have a mac, so would that cause issues with some of the mentioned programs?
