Is there a limit to how long you can rate someone?

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask, but I figured it would get a response here.

Is there a time limit that you can rate people? I haven't been rating people lately and now it says I can leave ratings for 40 people. I can only rate the ones in recent games though. Is there a way to rate the rest and make that message disappear?

well you can also leave rating in your eliminate games

Once a game is finished, you have 5 days to rate someone (correct me if I'm wrong).
If that 5 days has passed, the only way to give a player a rating is to play in one of their games again.
