or better yet just start doing bad in clan wars and then if your in a clan (t4c) they will just remove you..... i guess some people dont liek it when they aint won a single clan war and aint room for higher rnaked people to join so they just boot the lowest rnaked people out 1st

Largest clan was BSS around 80 members at one point, however, most clans are 15-30 members.

Your clan isn't set as your default group. So you can just drop yourself from the clan, I think. Just go to control panel, usergroups, find the clan name, check the box, hit submit, you should have dropped the clan.

he's not in it tho, it's just the academy which in effect isn't really any different from a normal usergroup

Actually, he's in the proces of joining VDLL, having recently left his previous clan.

And is it possible for a clanleader to change it such that the clan isn't set as the default usergroup, when currently it's listed as such?

Hehe, yes. Let's rectify right away that it was not one of the VDLL-leaders that is 'a total dick', but the leader from his previous clan. The problem is solved now, by the way.
