Map Inspect/Hover bug?

Post by jrbedwell »

PLACE A CONCISE DESCRIPTION OF THE BUG IN THE SUBJECT LINE!!!

Delete or replace any xxxxxxx with the appropriate information.

Operating System: Vista
Browser: Firefox
Scripts/third party programs used: Greasemonkey, BOB, Clickies, Map Rank, Saved search

It's happening in all of my games and on multiple computers. When I hover over my cards, I used to get a highlight showing that territory on the map. It's not working now. I'm not having any success finding a similar topic online (probably because I'm not sure of terminology). I've tried reinstalling all user scripts, but none have corrected the problem.

TIA for any help!

Same problem, Windows XP Pro, Firefox 3.6.10, Greasemonkey 0.8.20100408.6, BOB 5.0.6, (Map Rank GL, and Game Link, but problem persists with them disabled).
I think BOB is the one which does this highlighting, not Clickable Maps, unless they cooperate somehow.
Could this have anything to do with an early attempt to implement some of the recent updates proposed by lackattack, like Game layout or Teammate Spoils?

Kinda curious, I know a change is upcoming that could cause this, but for me it still works.

Ow wait, part of the change has been implemented, you all have colour codes on probably. Yeah, I'll fix it.

I think you figured it out. I just disabled the color blind setting and the hover then worked. Looking forward to the fix.

I installed a clickable maps update, and it seems to be working again. Thanks for the help!

Right click on the Greasemonkey icon at the lower right corner of your browser window (in Firefox, anyway), and pick Manage User Scripts... then select Clickable Maps from the list at the left and click Uninstall.
