Ironically the only person flying a French flag is yellow, the accuser, dead. The two accused flying Swedish flags, but one of them speaking French in the game chat...

Edit; As you seem to be French, perhaps you can translate what red wrote in game chat? We all get the general gist, but it might help be helpfull to know more precisely what was said.

Thus at the least they should be warned that conducting chat in a language that all players (of said game) do not understand, it is against the rules. But it seems fairly obvius that it is a case of secret diplo and they shoudl be blocked.

Unfortunately as this has been sitting here days, the game in question is already finished, the accused gained points for their (alleged) cheating which by CC regulations will never be restored.
