This is half a suggestion and half a question. I feel that for the time being it is probably best to be kept in the Q&A forum, until we have had some feedback, then an official suggestion can be made at a later date:

I try to help out a bit every now and again in the Q&A forum and there are certain questions that regularly come up, I would suggest that a sticky of Frequently Asked Questions be added (locked) to the Q&A forum.

I was wondering what questions you feel come up "frequently". It would be good to make a list here.

I realise that this information is available in other places eg. under instructions or help, but people come here to find answers and it could help them quickly.

Here are some of my suggestions for FAQ's feel free to disagree

FAQ's

"How are points scored/why did I lose more points than the person that was eliminated first?"

"Can I surrender/quit a game?" possibly linked to sitter instructions

"The intensity cubes are bugged, how did I lose 12v4?"

"What is BOB/Clickies?"

"My brother/sister/flatmate/goldfish wants to make an account will I be busted?"

I like this idea and it dosnt take that much to implement. Maybe we could take a look at the most recent 5 pages of Q & A and see what the frequent questions are. Also we could start by copying the current FAQ we have to a thread or something like that.

Perhaps explanations of 'BoB' and 'Clickies' could be added to the Help page ?

Or when somebody tries to start a new thread in Q&A, there could be a link to the Help page, just like there is pre-defined text in every new C&A thread you try to make.

i also sent you this in a pm

its not your turn yet so you cant place troops anywhere till it is your turn. Try a freestyle or a 1 vs 1 game to make your turn's come faster.

I'd suggest a card/spoils explanation as well - they seem to crop up a lot.

Judging from the questions posted in this forum, not everyone takes the time to read the instructions. Unfortunately, the persons asking those questions are unlikely to read an FAQ topic either.

A mention of the instructions on the standard form of a Q&A post would probably help a lot, though.
