I'm a new player and I've a question:
Can two turns be concurrent?

there are these moves:

2010-10-18 11:54:38 - MrDweeb received 3 troops for 10 regions
2010-10-18 11:54:43 - tozzo assaulted Anchorage from Vancouver and conquered it from mrcomp_ca
2010-10-18 11:54:44 - MrDweeb deployed 8 troops on Lagos

2010-10-18 11:56:08 - MrDweeb assaulted Cairo from Istanbul and conquered it from mrcomp_ca
2010-10-18 11:56:44 - tozzo reinforced Los Angeles with 1 troops from Mexico City
2010-10-18 11:56:44 - tozzo ended the turn and got spoils
