Yes we do but since the clan is expanding, we are trying to make it that we have 2 active wars on at all times. You do not now what goes on behind the scenes at our clan and are starting a user group for private discussions. I have had enough of coming online to 30-40 pms per day where i get feedback from games etc. so we are going to get a group from within the clan. that deals with a percentage of the members and come together to talk within the user group.jefjef wrote:You have a PRIVATE forum for your PRIVATE affairs...

This will then also speed things up instead of having to respond to each member individualy.
Re-read his comments. There is no reason for a clan to have two different private forums for the same purpose. Why cant you discuss "private discussions" in your TIME forum, or why cant you get feedback from games in the game chat log? Thats what theyre there for.jefjef wrote:You have a PRIVATE forum for your PRIVATE affairs...

This kind of sounds like what some clans are doing, but maybe backwards though.40kguy wrote:and all you guys who says this a bad idea it is a good idea. the point of it is so that we can talk about things like who should we have join the clan and what clan wars we should be in. and so we can organize stuff more neatly.
see guys im not stupid, but so we should or shouldnt have one?jpcloet wrote:This kind of sounds like what some clans are doing, but maybe backwards though.40kguy wrote:and all you guys who says this a bad idea it is a good idea. the point of it is so that we can talk about things like who should we have join the clan and what clan wars we should be in. and so we can organize stuff more neatly.
Many clans have academies or training groups to develop players. Then you can leverage the main clan to decide who joins or does not. As for voting people out of your clan, I suggest a pm system in place for your 3 leaders. You don't need more groups where you can have threads.

yeah i guess. I think what he is getting at is that there are some people in the group who he might not trust to make dissicions.jpcloet wrote:eddie2 wrote:be a active member of the clan. be responsible for splitting players up in training games. Also be contact and asked to vote on all new members and the lose of players within the clan.
Based on this definition, there is no need to have a new group. You can train and group in threads, and you can vote centrally by a pm system.

No what i am getting at is the fact that we have 33 members and i get close to 30 or 40 messages a day on some days. Also jpcloet i am not going to bring up the way time operates within our group in a public thread. the rules on user groups are clear.40kguy wrote:yeah i guess. 1. Discuss certain topics and common interests or
2. Are functional in nature that are meant to help the site or
3. Only compete internally against their own members or
4. National Based Teams that may compete in Tournaments and against other National Teams.
jefjef this thread has nothing to do with you. If you want involved with the clan so much first contact is koe_sirius.jefjef wrote:You have a PRIVATE forum for your PRIVATE affairs...
