Don't forget his territories, too. We had them both at about 25. Adds up quickly on that map.Timminz wrote:His teammate inherited his cards.

I hope that's not the case, since these are two very different examples.jefjef wrote:Cheap coward petty tactic for sure if true. But this one instance will not suffice for a warning...

I looked though the games as well. Interestingly enough, there have been announcements by sitters starting way back on 11/15. So why has Moop been placed into Clan League games that started this past week?Timminz wrote:Considering the fact that one of the people sitting for him, is the one who inherited the cards, and territories, I don't think the previous comment is all that pertinent.
I took a very quick look through Moop's games before posting this thread, and while he has been missing a lot (all, possibly) of turns over the past day or 2, I easily found numerous examples of him (or a sitter, I guess) taking turns in other games, well-within the time that he could have taken the first 2 missed turns in the game listed in the OP.
That is an excellent question.Bones2484 wrote:I looked though the games as well. Interestingly enough, there have been announcements by sitters starting way back on 11/15. So why has Moop been placed into Clan League games that started this past week?
I believe clan league is considered a tournament which makes it ok for a sitter to join it.Timminz wrote:That is an excellent question.Bones2484 wrote:I looked though the games as well. I'm not too convinced... especially since there are limits on how many games one person can play. Can be an easy way to get around the limits by putting Moop into games that he won't be playing.jefjef wrote:I believe clan league is considered a tournament which makes it ok for a sitter to join it.Timminz wrote:That is an excellent question.Bones2484 wrote:I looked though the games as well. Sitters may NOT join OR create any non tournament games. NONE. The problem will be to prove they were joined/created when sat and by which sitter.Bones2484 wrote:I'm not too convinced... especially since there are limits on how many games one person can play. But if you're correct, what about the public games? I think I saw at least two that have started in the last two weeks.

WHAT!!!?!??! I understand that CC cannot punish anyone unless a clear trend of abuse is established. But there is no way in hell I believe that CC SUPPORTS the use of missing turns and deadbeating as a strategy. Doing so goes against the spirit of fair play, and I suggest you foe anyone who does this.jefjef wrote:CC supports the use of turn missing and deadbeating as a strategy.
