But stopping something like noob farming by a general is too tough for them.

So called "noob farming" might apply in a game where an experienced player has a built in advantage (stronger, more armies, etc) but in this game we all start out exactly equal in every game...so its pure BS to even try to apply the term "noob farming" to this game...
