I must say I'm starting to believe him as well.
Especially with his post restriction, apparently he's been saying stuff from his role or something.

What's the vote count?

Or maybe I'm just bullshiting ...

This is the second time you use seriously weak reasoning to try to lend credence to herk's claims while staying "neutral". I'm starting to seriously suspect that
a. You are scum and trying to go for an easy lynch
b. You are somehow affiliated with herk.

Since you guys still give credence to herk's claim I'll have to propose the compromise solution someone syggested earlier.

We lynch Jace(the guy who admited to being in a faction) and me and/or herk get investigated tonight.
The investigator should only speak up if I'm innocent or herk is guilty(so that you can't say I'm doing this to find out an investigator).

I think this would be preferable to handing the win to a lyncher.
unvote vote Jace

whoa, when did I admit to being in a faction? I know I didn't as I was telling herk that scum is only a matter of perspective in a factions game.

To be honest, my joke vote stays on Herk, except it's not a joke anymore. I am sorry, but I don't trust him one bit and he's manipulative as hell (you guys have seen that in more than one game) and his post about the food cop and pizza mafia are utter nonsense if you ask me. He has enough cabbage on his brain to think this through and make a semi-believable claim (again, look back at his other games) to achieve his purpose. The post restriction, which came in mid-way into the game, is not helping either. I could easily fake a PR for the whole game and what's left of it and that doesn't mean it would give me any more validity at all.

For all is worth, my vote stays on Herk.
But... It was so artistically done.

Same. I'm kinda hesitant now because it'll come across as bandwagonning...I'll wait for the vote count before I jump.

I would not tell you if someone got a PR. Post restrictions are not something I've done in the past, but it's never had to come to that. If you're trying to get info on whether or not herk is joshing you, that's for you to decide ;)

Of course I want to know if theherkman is joshing us, but rather than trying to get information on this case, I was trying to find out which information we are allowed to get. Thanks :)

Anyway, Haggis, I'm not dropping my vote on you again for now. Just keeping an eye on both you and theherkman, and I was just saying I believed herk a little more with the post restriction.

Bump #3 :(

Deadline is Friday. The day will end in a no lynch if there is no majority vote by then. Whats up with herk, btw? He seems to have lost his premium, last I checked. Did he get supabanned?

I think they're currently deciding wether to ban herk for point dumping(his 1300 active games stunt). He's currently suspended from the site I believe.

Due to the impending deadline, I'll [probably making a mistake, here] believe herk's claim and vote Haggis

This is the main problem now - we either have to wait for a replacement who could explain or do nothing. I don't really have anything else to discuss

This certainly is a tough predicament. I think I might actually somewhat miss herky derky.

I believe herk's claim, I see no reason for him to lie. Very bold to come out at the beginning of Day 1 and make a claim like that. And he has very few supporters, so it seems as thought he cannot be mafia. I think more would have backed up his claim, if he was indeed mafia and lying about Haggis.

Who knows how long it will take to get a replacement, and you all know how I feel about replacing. I say lets carry on.
