i would agree with you, the only thing i am thinking is was there any diplomacy. saying i am after red/green/blue isnt forming a truce or any form of diplomacy between them. and is there actually any rule for the site being broke. I am thinking this is more like the breaking of the truce where it is frowned upon but no actual rule against it.

what i mean by this is if eagle could of taken green out and red knows about it has he not gave red the info to block it.

I am the one that EAGLE wall during said game. If it means anything to CC, I believe there should be NO punishment for I truly believe EAGLE did not no this rule. I understand that iggnorance of the law is no excuse, BUT. EAGLE owned up to it. reported to CC. I am sure it will never happen agian and no punishment would be just in this case.

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Any form of diplomatic discussion between opponents must be posted in the game chat in English or in a language that all opponents understand. Diplomacy includes, but is not limited to: proposing truces, negotiating alliances, and coordinating assaults. Secret diplomacy can be hard to prove, but if you suspect it you should leave the players in question appropriate ratings. If you feel certain about players engaging in secret diplomacy consider reporting them in the Cheating & Abuse Reports forum by posting a new topic.

Eddie I would consider him telling someone who he is after as coordinating attacks.

It is refreshing when someone can admit that they did something wrong, and jefjef un-foeing someone happens very seldom. Still I it is only right to NOTE this report.
