Comments: It seems like he gives excessively low ratings far more often than not. I'm new too CC so maybe such a Ratings Left record is common and acceptable, but I find it a bit mean-spirited.

Although I could agree that there are a few questionable ratings, we could say that he is the type that gives ratings to players he had issues with. Some low ratings he gave are within reason. This is noted for future reference.
