Account Sitting

Post by imacamper »

I may have to go out of town this weekend. I've heard of account sitting but have never asked for it. Which forum is the proper one to make such a request? And what is normal protocol?

Thanks,

Drew

Do you have friends on the site whom you know, at least a little, and might trust? If so I'd send them a PM and ask them that way. Posting for a sitter in an open forum might not be a good idea, you never know what you might get. I'm in a clan and we have a special section for account sitting, but I trust all my clan mates.

I don't really have any official "friends" but there are a few that I seem to play against time and time again. I guess I could ask them.

Yeah, I can see how posting in an open forum could be trouble. I guess I'm basically looking for someone that is at least a Sergeant First Class and that I see around enough to trust. I think I'll send some PMs.

Thanks,

Make sure that whoever you choose to ask is not currently playing against you in any games.

also i believe callouts is sometimes used to get sitters.
You might want to consider joining a competitive clan, that way you can have an easier time getting someone to watch your back

There isn't a specific function like that.
I could sit your account for now, if you're interested just send me a PM.
