Just as the name implies, only the strong survive (to the next round). Each round will have 3 games. One of the games will be assassin, one will be terminator, and one will be standard. A single kill in any of these games will allow the player to advance to the next round. Each game will have 3-8 players (depending on the number of people left in the tournament each round and keeping the games as even as possible each round).
Game settings will be sequential. One of the games will be no spoils, one flat spoils and one will be escalating. These will change each round for each game type. Forts will also vary between adjacent, chained and unlimited. Fog will be off.
Maps will be chosen from the list created by the players. As you sign up please list a desired map. This list will be used to create games each round.
The finals will take place when 8 or fewer players remain. The finals will be double elimination. Maps will be only those of the finalists. Settings will be as in the earlier rounds.
The tournament will take players until March 19, 2011. That date is fluid depending on the number of entrants. All are welcome. Freemium players will need 3 slots per round.
I reserve the right to make adjustments to keep the game fair throughout to the end.
