I am adding a rule that only effects the finals. I recently became aware that in a nuclear spoils game that if you attack a territory and don't end your turn(let the hour run out) you will not recieve a card. While not against CC's rules I consider this cheating and against the point of a nuclear spoils game.
So there will be major penalties for doing this.
1st time letting time run out and not recieving a card - negative 10 points(doubled if you have 4 cards)
2nd time letting time run out and not recieving a card - negative 20 points(doubled if you have 4 cards)
3rd time letting time run out and not recieving a card - eliminated from tournament. 3 remaining players will replay all games where infractions occured.
Example. If game 1 was played cleanly and games 2 & 3 had this occor then only the final 2 games will be replayed.
Welcome to my 2nd Tournament that will give the winner a shiny medal and the Gift of Premium. This will be a Freemium only tournament.
If you gain Premium status while the tournament is going on you must give the premium gift to a Freemium.
If I can't fill the tournament with Freemium, premiums will be allowed but they will have to play for another.

Details When I started out I played any map and got crushed. Then I went to smaller maps to learn basic strategy and get comfortable. You will play on my favorite small maps. It will consist of 5 rounds. First round is Assassin. Next 3 rounds is 1 v 1. Final Round is 3 Terminator games.
[spoiler= Tournament format - Mixed]Round 1 - 40 players broken up randomly into 8 games of 5 player Assassin on Central America(flat rate). The loser is eliminated. The winner gets to choose their 2nd round opponent. The rest will be chosen randomly. If the winner of the Assassin game doesn't want to choose an opponent it will be done randomly.
If you eliminate the wrong person, you are out. If you team up to eliminate someone you will be eliminated. I will have final decision on this.
Rounds 2,3,4 will be 1v1 games on Madagascar(no spoils), 13 Colonies(Escalating), and 8 Thoughts(no spoils).
The Finals will be a 3 game/4 player terminator game on Ireland, Greater China, and Mexico. All will be nukes.
-You must win atleast 1 of the 3 terminator games to be considered the winner.
-Of those who have won a game the Champion will be the one who gets the most points from kills +bonus points.
-Bonus points. Every kill gets an extra 10 points. First terminator game win is 20 extra points. Second terminator game win is 40 bonus points. Win all 3 and you are obviously the winner.
-No points will be deducted for getting killed.[/spoiler]
