Who's got that record? I accidentally checked DJENRE's active games and found that he has 175 active games ! And I thought the 95 I have were many!!!! Still I suspect that someone has had a lot more active games than he has now!! How many games have you had active at most and how many active games is the most you've ever seen anyone have with your own eyes??
I'm not in the mood to dig too deep into this, but I can assure you that the record is far higher. I believe theherkman made it to 1305 active games, but missed loads of turns. But here I go, into the depth. Others will gladly fill you in, probably with their opinion on how fair it was... or not.
As for your question, my most active games were 44 games. I still see that week as a loss in my life. I can not believe people are actually above 50 on a regular basis. Life outside is so beautiful, guys!
I think both Highlanderattack and army of nobunaga broke the 1000 active games barrier. Theherkman got more active games at once, but he missed most of them (he went from colonel to cook).

Everything over 50 active games isn't long lasting for me! Half of the 100 I have now are 1vs1's and will end within a short period of time! Then I'll have about 50 large escalating games to joggle for a while but I think I'll be okay ! I'm not willing to invest that much time on CC on a regular basis! Around 30 is where I'd like to settle! And no 1vs1 games anymore! I have put myself on a none tournament 1vs1 ban for the rest of the year !!!!

50 escalating games is way too much for me. 20 games is all I can handle effectively while trying to win them all. As the number of games goes up, my score goes down in a fairly predictable manner.

I try to keep at least 50 going at all times. I'd like more though. Around 100 would be good for me. I can still keep up with them, and do fairly well in most of them. But then again, I'm online all the damn time.

I think 104 will be my all time record! CC is fun but there certainly can be too much of the good stuff ! I've managed to take all my turns but the quality of those turns isn't as high as they used to! And it hasn't been as fun as it usually is! I think I'll stabilize around 20-40 active games in the near future!
The most I've had was 83. It wasn't the number itself that stopped me from going down (at the time, it would now because of moderating, etc.) but because I had to devote a lot of time to clan games and couldn't keep up with all of the time it took to look over every single game.
So am I Oh wait damn, another game just filled so I'm not @ 50 on the dot. I think the highest I got to was 150 tho i kept it at the 70-100 range for quite a while as well

194 was painful, especially cause it happened when I was really busy in real life, had a bunch of tourneys running, and had just taken over a clan. Worst was it stayed high for a long time cause it was mostly tourneys. Nowadays I like under 50, which I'm actually accomplishing for once
I got 4! Yeah! When I first joined i satisfied myself with just 1 game for a few days until I realized i was allowed 4. Beleive me, if i had unlimited access to games i wouldn't be at 4, but 4's ok because we can have more fun on forums and such.
