Actually, It's not from Harold and Kumar, anyway. It's from IDIOCRACY.

Edit: I'll admit. I thought it was from some movie called Howard and Kumar. I asked my partner defensively, "Isn't it called HOWARD and Kumar?" And he, looking over my shoulder, answered, "That quote is from Idiocracy." So he's coming up with the next quote.
